Wayne Peterson

Wayne Peterson created and leads the Idaho Luxe® real estate practice. He is not a lifelong REALTOR®. Instead, Wayne’s career has included C-level assignments four times and leadership roles in marketing and business development. He has built five strong brands and led three fast-growing firms.
 
Wayne has thirty years’ executive experience working for high-net-worth clients, and he understands those clients very well. Wayne is a licensed Idaho real estate broker and the Designated Broker for Idaho Luxe®, an independent brokerage that represents only high-value properties in North Idaho.
 
Currently, Wayne serves on the Board of Directors for the Selkirk MLS and the Board of Advisors for the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
