Wayne Peterson
Principal and Designated Broker
Wayne Peterson created and leads the Idaho Luxe real estate practice. He is not a lifelong Realtor®. Instead, he is a highly creative marketing executive who has been effective in very demanding assignments. Wayne has thirty years’ executive experience collaborating with high net worth clients, and he understands those clients very well. That’s why he is the primary point of contact for each of our clients. Wayne is a licensed Idaho real estate broker, and the designated broker for Idaho Luxe.
Marilee Peterson
Principal and Licensed Agent
Marilee is a process and systems expert, and she’s created the systems enabling Idaho Luxe to perform at the level it does. Marilee was a career-long association executive who focused on information and database management, development and delivery of educational programming, and on the staging and management of large-scale national meetings. Marilee is also a licensed Idaho Realtor®.
Other team members
The Idaho Luxe® team includes a number of others who are not licensed real estate agents, but who are expert specialists. We work with the same group of specialists on a continuing basis because they are the very best. They include a staging and styling specialist, a general contractor who prepares properties for market, an exceptional photographer, an equally exceptional videographer, expert digital and video advertising specialists, and a remarkable creative director. We’re very grateful for Tracie, Alex, Kit, Jimmy, Caleb, Joab and Scott. In turn, each of them has a team of talent enabling them to do what they do so well.
The network
We actively collaborate with three different networks of luxury agents across the US, focused on those regional markets that are our primary feeder markets. In total, they number more than 1,000 peers and colleagues. And they enable us to present luxury properties located here in North Idaho to potential buyers throughout the western United States.
